Every new Grace Internet Radio comes with a one-year standard Grace warranty. With the 2-Year Extended Warranty for new Grace Internet Radios (does not apply to refurbished radios), you will additionally receive protection against accidental damage such as drops or spills for the entire two years i.e. The 2 year period starts from the day you purchased your radio.. In the 2nd year, your coverage extends to protect against failures that occur during normal operation. This helps avoid the inconvenience and costs associated with a broken device.

What is Covered
- Two years of coverage (limited to a single claim) for accidental drops or damage such as spills that affect the functionality of your covered internet radio
- One additional year of coverage (after the end of the standard 1 year warranty) for failures that occur during normal operation.
- Only available for customer's based in the contiguous 48 United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii).
How it Works
Purchase a 2-Year Extended Warranty for your qualifying new Grace Internet Radio.
Contact Grace Digital Audio customer service at www.gracesupport.com to create an RMA (return authorization request) if your Grace Internet Radio fails within the 2 year period. Grace will send you a UPS label. Place the label and your radio in a standard shipping carton. Upon receipt, Grace will either fix or replace your unit and ship the unit back to you free of charge.
Save your confirmation email for future verification (proof of purchase) of your warranty or provide the exact name and email address that was used during the purchase of the 2-year Extended Warranty during the RMA process.
