adjust tone arm

Tone Arm issue

"The tone arm is not weighted properly. It is skating across records. Is there a way to adjust it?"
This is exactly what I've been experiencing, too. I tried the very old-school fix of weighting the tone arm with a coin. No effect. As it is, I can only record the last track on a side -- the others just get skated over.

My problem with the tone arm is that it return to the tone arm rest before the record completes.
Some times after playing only half of one song on an album.
Any suggestions.

If you have a warranty repair request, you can find the form at www.GraceSupport.com print the form, provide a proof of purchase, and send it to us. We definitely recommend sending it via a track able method, such as UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.
