Audacity File already exists -

When I try to install Audacity after uninstalling it, I get message: C:\Program Files\Audacity already exists. How can I get to that file. Also since I have Audacity for cassettes and vinyls - 2 different turn tables and software - is that a problem? I am using Grace Tape2USB digital audio player. I have other questions but for now I need to get the the file it says is already installed or know how to uninstall it.
This is my first time to use a Forum, so I look forward to any help I can get.

Check your start menu

You should be able to use the same Audacity for all of your audio converting needs. If your pc is telling you Audacity is already installed, check your start menu. If it's not there, you can launch the program by going to computer/c:/programfiles/audacity and click on the audacity application
