can't get radio to work

When I turn the radio on the first message I get is "Connecting to" and then the name of my wpa. then next message is
'negotiationing IP address" and then the name of the last radio station I was tuned into. It keeps saying "retrying" or "connection"but never does. I sometimes get the message "Finding Gateway". Can you help me getting my radio up and working again?
1. Hard boot- unplug radio
1. Hard boot- unplug radio for 5 minutes. If that doesn't work, try again
with hard boot of radio and router.
2. Factory reset.
3. Call Grace.
