Can't register radio or get key

We just received our new radio however we cannot register the radio because we cannot get the key needed to register the product. Help!

Registering snag

My manual says go online to register my account and an e-mail will be sent to me with a validation code. When I go to the online address, it says go to the radio to get the code first, then come back and register. Oh, come on now!

I will call tech support Monday, as this is Friday night. My radio is the Bravado GDI-IRD4400M. Anybody else have this problem?

Same thing. Have you been able to set your's up yet? If so let me know what you did. I am going to call tech support on Monday.
