Constant "Buffering" and "connecting"

I have a Grace internet radio GDI-IR2000
Have not been able to get it Set Up completely.
After connecting to a station it will play for a while, then go into a "Buffering" mode
will start to play again for a while, then go into a "Connecting" mode, play for a while then go into either of the two modes. Can't seem to keep it connected.
Also haven't been able to retrieve any stations, from a List that I put together on my Reciva account. Just get a message "error trying to retrieve from Reciva!
I have tried several suggestions. Selecting the " Wireless Standby" feature.
Also doing a " Factory Reset ". Nothing seems to help.
Has anyone had any of these problems? And, if so, How were you abvle to correct them.
Any help would be appreciated.
buffering and connectivity problems
I've had the same issues. I do get internet dedicated stations like FOX news but now we can't get any radio stations with internet sites. Extremely rediculously frustrated.......
