Error Loading Stations List

Not sure what the problem is here but the Reciva station list won't download. I tried unsecuring my wireless router and manually entered the MAC address (displayed on the radio) on the router. The radio picks up my wireless signal and negotiates the IP address without error. I get good signal strength (90%+) and have an internet connection on my PC. Does anyone have any suggestions? I also cannot register my radio or download latest firmware -- both generate error messages when trying to access on the radio. I'm really looking forward to using my internet radio but getting increasingly frustrated (both with the device and with Grace customer non-support). Thanks much.
You register the radio on
You register the radio on the reciva website, not through the radio.
Can you get the info to register the radio from the radio, or does that not work also?
If you unsecure your wireless router, you do not need a Mac address, it should work automatically.
When I have problems with the Radio, it often helps to unplug it from the wall for
ten minutes or so. Then start again after the memory clears itself.
Can you set up a station in My Streams manually, after you register the radio. Does that station work?
Did you try a factory reset?
