Feature requests for GDI-IR2000 - Possible with firmware update?

Hi, I just purchased two GDI-IR2000 Innovator II internet radios and I absolutely love them. I just have one suggestion for a feature that I think will make these radios even better. I use them as a bedside alarm clock and find it a bit difficult to see what time it is when the unit is off. Would it be possible to add additional settings to increase the text size of the time when the unit is turned off? As of right now, the time is only displayed on the top line of the LCD display which makes the text rather small. If the time could be displayed on more lines it would be a lot easier to read. In addition it would be nice for it to display the date as well as the time. Could these features be easily added in a firmware update?

Hi, unfortunately that feature cannot be added easily. We do have a backlight setting that you can increase the brightness.
