firm ware upgrade

Hi All
I tried to upgrade the firmware as the radio (GDI-IR3020) noted there was a new upgrade available. Since then I only get garbled static, the radio connects to my network. I tried a factory rest, no luck. Is there anyway to return to its original firmware that it shipped with?
