I recently purpased the Grace Tape2USB to transfer/ record into my pc a very important audio cassette tape for CD/mp3 transfer. I followed the instruction booklett TO THE LETTER. Installed the cd-rom and have tried every variation of aux line in , stero, mono..everything.. NO SOUND IS BEING RECORDED!! What the heck is the deal with this thing. I returned the untit to Frys electronics in Burbank Ca where I purchased it. We installed the software on the computer at Frys..It WORKED!! I saw wave form recording. We THOUGHT it was the installation disc that was defective.

Came home..reinstalled the new disc.. the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED!! NO SOUND WAS BEING RECORDED. HOWEVER THE INPUT & OUTPUT METER LEVELS WERE JUMPING (AS IF) THERE WAS SIGNAL COING THROUGH & GOING OUR OF THE SOFTWARE... THIS ALSO WAS THE CASE EVEN WHEN I HAD not pressed the play botton on the unit..

wHAT'S GOING ON WITH THIS UNIT. iS THERE A TOLL FREE NUMBER besides the voicemail THAT i HAVE ACUALLY TALK TO A human TO WALK ME THROUGH AND TROUBLESHOOT THIS UNIT?
