I cannot get past "change user name" when setting up my Grace radio

I orginally got the radio set up and listening to Sirius, but had my service interrupted and can now not get radio working. I did the re-set to factory options and get to the selections - internet radio, personal radio, podcasts, my stuff and the other settings. When I select internet radio it prompts me to change user name and then password. I cannot get past this. Help.
