ITC-IR1000B transformer replacement

I am an Army Soldier currently deployed to Bagdad, Iraq with my Grace internet radio ITC-IR1000B that I bought two years ago. I went to plug it into a outlet that I was told was downgraded from 220 to a 110 but it was not. I believe that the transformer may have been burned out unless there is a default breaker that I did not see. How can I go about getting a replacement part for this radio and is there any upgrade to improve my radio services. Also I know you do not ship overseas unless approved by Customer Sevices, can someone also check on this for me. It will be to an APO, AE 09321 address.
