live 365.com station

I'm trying to listen to a live 365.com station called Beautiful Music Radio 100+. When I go to listen to it the audio tells me to please log on to my 365 account. I'm not sure if I've activated it on the Grace website because when I check enable this service and then click the ok button it doesn't really do anything. The previous page does say it is activated however and I am signed in to live 365 and it is listed as my presets on that website. I have added it to my list of stations on my radio, but again when I go to play it I get the audio telling me to log on to my account. How do I get the station to play?
