No registeration number

My GDI-IRA500 has been trying to acquire a registration number for about four hours now. I am connected to my wi-fi and presently playing Sirius radio. Everything else seems to be working except the radio won't create this number. No the end of the world but sort of a PITA.

Suggestions?

You may have tried this

You may have tried this already, but sometimes unplugging the radio for about ten minutes to re-set it is a great help.
