My radio is "dead". It began its deterioration with slow connections a while back until finally the screen would only show cryptic characters. Now, if I turn it on, I get a blank blue screen and no matter which buttons I push nothing happens. I have tried to reset it, but nothing. I've had this radio less than a year, most of which it has not worked. Is there a simple solution, or should I look into replacing it?
