Update problem

I don't know what version I was add, but yesterday I checked to see if there was a update to the firmware and there was.
Started upgrage and it seemed to go OK. I wasn't really paying attention but percentages were showing an completed.
Then "Starting..." appeared on screen and then it hung up at that point. Stayed that way for maybe 30 min. I couldn't turn off so I unpluged
it. Waited a few min. and plugged back in. Again showed Starting on the sceen.
Received for Christmas and have not had any problem until this.
