upgrade problem

Hello!
My Grace Internet Radio worked perfectly fine until it just told me to download new firmware (i have no idea which version). I did that and i waited until the radio was done (when it was finished, it turned itself off). But now it doesn't work anymore. When i try to start it, it just displays "starting" and doesn't do anything anymore from there. Can anybody please tell me what to do? Thank you so much!

factory reset
I had the exact same problem, what I did was to do a factory reset, unplug, plug it back in holding in the "tuning knob" until it says factory reset done. the you will have to enter all your network info IE wep key.
