The screen on my wireless ITC-IR1000B is dead. When I try to factory reset, screen comes on for moment, then goes away. Where can I send radio for repair. Hopelefully it is under warranty. Purchase just under one year ago.

Attempted to do firmware upgrade from ...017 to ...097 but it doesn't seem to take. I wait for approx
4 minutes then get a red light on front panel, then the radio re-connects to network. When I turn the
power back on, it re-connects to the last radio station & works as before. When I check the version, it
shows 257-a-865-a-017(orig. vers), not the new vers. 257-a-865-a-097. I am having the "Stream Closed"
error and was instructed to upgrade the firmware to resolve this problem. Any suggestions?

I am an Army Soldier currently deployed to Bagdad, Iraq with my Grace internet radio ITC-IR1000B that I bought two years ago. I went to plug it into a outlet that I was told was downgraded from 220 to a 110 but it was not. I believe that the transformer may have been burned out unless there is a default breaker that I did not see. How can I go about getting a replacement part for this radio and is there any upgrade to improve my radio services. Also I know you do not ship overseas unless approved by Customer Sevices, can someone also check on this for me.

I have a ITC p IR1000B I bought in July 08. Today it simply started acting weird so I tried upgrading the firmware but I couldn't. Both before and after the upgrade attempt(s), the radio will not stay connected to the network for longer than about 2 minutes. Also, the display flickers on and off intermittently. I have tried a factory reset with the intention of immediately upgrading to the newest firmware, but I do not believe it worked. (?) The firmware is currently v257-a-865-a-349. It still is having the same problems of disconnecting and flickering display.

Just got a ITC-IR1000 and it works great most of the time except today is was playing the last used station with the screen conpletely blank. None of the buttons would respond, it just kept playing the last used station.

I rebooted it by unplugging it for a while and it worked again. Anyone know the cause of this?

I've had my Grace Internet Radio about 9 months. About 4 months ago, intermittently, the display started "fading" as soon as a network connection was made. ("fading" definition: the display goes blank prohibiting any further action, except activating the preprogrammed stations. )

Any suggestions about cause and/or remedies would be appreciated.
