How soon will my items ship after I place my order?

All orders placed and received before, 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00 p.m. EST) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST will ship the following business day.

All orders are scheduled and shipped with UPS service unless otherwise noted. UPS is responsible for the transportation and delivery of all shipped orders. Any unforeseen delays due to bad weather or carrier congestion are the responsibility of UPS. Grace Digital will make every effort to assist in the coordination efforts.

Do you provide a money back guarantee?

We back all our shippable products with a "no questions asked" 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I return an item?

We back all our shippable products with a "no questions asked" 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason just call Customer Service at 866.446.0961 for a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What happens if I order a product on the weekend? When will my order go out?

All orders placed Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

What Carrier will ship my order?

Grace Digital schedules Customer orders with UPS small package shipping service.

What cost does "Free Shipping" cover?

“Free Shipping” covers the cost to ship your order with UPS ground service within continental USA. Should a Customer request an expedited UPS shipping service; the Customer will be charged the cost of any expedited service.

When will my order arrive?

Customer orders are fulfilled from our distribution facility located in Austin, Texas. Time to delivery will depend where your “SHIP TO” address is located. Please the check the UPS SHIPPING MAP to find your area and the estimated time for delivery to your zone.

Does Grace Digital ship orders received over the holidays and weekends?

No. Orders should ship Monday through Friday. Pick up and delivery times may alter depending on UPS shipping schedules.

Does Grace Digital accept International orders?

No. We currently ship to the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

How do I track my package?

All Customers who provide their email address at the time of purchase should receive a UPS tracking number via email. Please refer to www.ups.com for further information regarding UPS shipping and small package tracking details.

Should, for any reason, your order be lost, stolen or damaged, the Customer is responsible to contact UPS Customer Service directly to confirm and resolve the issue.
