Unauthorized Online & Retail Sales
All new products are supported by a manufacturer’s limited warranty when purchased from an authorized online or retail store. Customers are responsible to confirm with the place of purchase (online or retail store) to ensure the seller or dealer is an authorized seller of Grace Digital Audio (Grace Digital Inc.) products. Failure to purchase a Grace product from an authorized online store or retailer will void the original manufacturer’s limited warranty. Refurbished or used products purchased from unauthorized online or retail store are not supported by a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Only refurbished products purchased from Grace Digital Inc. are supported by a limited 3 month warranty program.

Shipping Policy
All orders placed and received before, 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00 p.m. EST) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 11:00 p.m. PST will ship the following business day. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on current UPS shipping rates for the applicable level of service, and added to your order.
Thanksgiving Holiday Shipping
All orders placed and received before Monday November 26th at 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00 p.m. EST) will be shipped the same day on Monday November 26th.
Factory Refurbished (Like New)
All Factory Refurbished products [Like New Item] are products that are just “Like New” and have been thoroughly checked by running the product through a series of certification tests. These products may have come from customer returns, store samples or product which the box was damaged in shipping. All products are cleaned, inspected & completely re-tested to ensure the product is in working order.
All Factory Refurbished products come with a full 30 day return policy and 90 day warranty to include all parts and labor. Return postage shipping is not included. There will be a 10% restocking charge on all returns.
