Q: Does the Victoria Retrowriter record from cassette to CD's?
A: No. The Victoria Retrowriter DOES NOT have a CASSETTE player. However, the Victoria Tunewriter can record from CASSETTE to CD.
Q: Does it convert to MP3 files?
A: No. The Victoria Retrowriter does not record to MP3. It can play MP3 and WAV file audio CD's. Victoria Phonographs offer another recordable turntable named the Victoria Classic that is able to record from VINYL to MP3 files.
